Number: PRO65-4BR40AS) will be
delivered directly from Lewden HQ.
• Only one EV Consumer Unit can be
claimed with each charger. This will
be verified using the serial number.
• The only way to claim your free unit is
by scanning the QR code on the box
and completing the online form.
• Units will only be delivered to the
address provided in the claim form.
• Lewden reserves the right to verify and
validate all claims.
• The last date to claim your free EV
consumer unit is 31st December
2025. Claims submitted after this date
will not be accepted.
